Housing Loan interest rate announcement

On 18 November 2021, the South African Reserve Bank announced their decision to increase the repo rate to 3.75%, up from 3.5%. 

This means that, based on the current repo rate, the interest rate on housing loans issued by the Fund will increase to 5.75%.

Members with housing loans will receive specific communication regarding the change in the interest rate.
