Housing Loan interest rate announcement

On 24 November 2022, the South African Reserve Bank announced their decision to increase the repo rate to 7%, up from 6.25%. 

This means that, based on the current repo rate, the interest rate on housing loans issued by the Fund will increase to 9%.

Members with housing loans will receive specific communication regarding the change in the interest rate.
