Housing Loan interest rate announcement

On 25 May 2023, the South African Reserve Bank announced their decision to increase the repo rate to 8.25%, up from 7.75%. 

This means that, based on the current repo rate, the interest rate on housing loans issued by the Fund will increase to 10.25%.

Members with housing loans will receive specific communication regarding the change in the interest rate.
